WHAT THIS WEBSITE OFFERS

This website offers health information for the purposes of educating visitors about the importance of pre-pregnancy health. This website offers online booking for naturopathic services to clients of Dr. Keshia Kamphuis, and in some cases a password protected member access to these clients to order supplements and lab tests. This website also offers the sale of educational courses related to wellness.

Consent to treatment, client privacy and terms of services, and tele-medicine consent (eg. Naturopathic appointments) will be provided at the time of booking initial appointments.

 

WHO CAN USE THIS WEBSITE

The website, information within it, and any of our courses that do not include consults with Dr. Keshia Kamphuis, are available to anyone over 18 years of age, or who has parental guidance and consent, and has the right and freedom to understand and agree to these Terms. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited by any law or regulation applicable to you.

 

Due to regulatory requirements, only residents of Alberta, Maritime Provinces and Territories can purchase course packages that include consults, become clients / book appointments with Dr. Keshia Kamphuis, and create an account to purchase supplements and lab tests.

The information on this website is intended for educational purposes only, and in no way are intended to replace the skill, knowledge and experience of a medical professional. Always talk to your health care provider about any dietary changes and supplements that you are taking or want to start taking.

 

PURCHASING PRODUCTS

You are responsible for reading the full product item listing before making a commitment to buy it. You enter into a legally binding contract to pay for / purchase an item when you complete the check-out payment process. Digital products (eg. courses, downloads) are available for either immediate full access or drip access once you purchase them. Physical products (eg. supplements, lab test kits) are processed for pick up or shipment daily.

 

We reserve the right to change our prices for products or services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Supplements may be returned according to our Return Policy. Due to their nature, there are no refunds any naturopathic consults or lab tests rendered. If you would like to return an item for a refund, please reach out to Dr. Keshia through your patient portal chat.

 

COURSES & PROGRAMS

All of our courses have their own Terms of Use agreements You will be prompted to view and agree to these prior to registering in a course.

PROMOTIONAL EMAILS & CONTENT

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). When you sign up for any of our courses, you are automatically added to our newsletter list.

RIGHT TO CHANGE OFFERING
We may change, create limits to, suspend or terminate our services or products, or suspend access to client accounts. This may be without prior notice or liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. In these instances, and if necessary, we will arrange transfer of care for clients working with Dr. Keshia Kamphuis. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.

 

OWNERSHIP OF PROPERTY

Photos on our website and in our course material are either stock photos provided by Wix, or the rights to which have been purchased. All other content on our website and course material, or transferred thereby, including but not limited to: text, logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, audio, videos, music, are the exclusive property of Dr. Keshia Kamphuis. You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof, unless with permission by Dr. Keshia Kamphuis.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dr. Keshia Kamphuis assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of website / course content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our website; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein. In addition, Dr. Kamphuis will not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss, liability, claims or expenses, arising out of your use of, or inability to use the website.
